The Portal is our first Transition (Meditation) Interactive Experience. The Portal is an internal reprogrammable terrain. It is made up of invisible material that keeps a record of all of your experiences. You can learn to enter your Portal consciously and begin to change reality. It can be thought of as a formless field that contains your unique perception of the world. Here are the basic steps to use this transition:
Lets Begin
We are going to learn how to shape our internal experience, and bring form to this formless place. After the exercise is completed and this space becomes familiar, we will create a template of this point so it can be remembered and used in the future.
Link: What Are Templates? (Library)
Start Breath
- Close your eyes and apply focus to inner space & start conscious breathing
- Start your selected [[Breathing Algorithms]] before beginning Visual.
Start Visual
- Begin to Imagine a circle in front of you. As you focus on the circle, bring it closer to you until you are fully inside the circle. (It may feel like you are entering a tunnel)
- As you move deeper into the circle, allow yourself to fully relax and let go of any tension or stress. It may feel like you are entering a tunnel.
- As you are entering into the circle, the edges of the circle will start to dissolve, you may notice a feeling of expansion as you enter a curved space in front of your body. Imagine that this space is a sphere, and that you are at the center of it.
- Allow yourself to fully merge with the sphere, feeling the sensation of your body merging with the curved space. Spend a few minutes in the center of the sphere, focusing on your breath and letting go of any thoughts or distractions.
Welcome to Your Portal!
What To Expect
Inside your Portal, you will be learning to step into the space within yourself where a higher mind is available. You will be guided through the process with steps and check-ins along the way.

VIEW TASK >
6 Point is our second Transition & Interactive Experience. The purpose of this transition is to form a Field connection between your mind, body and energy in a new way using your Interface. You will be searching for the beginning and ends of where your body meets the air around you in 6 directions, starting from your center. Imagine yourself at the center of 3-Dimensional controller.
The directions are Forward, Backward, Left, Right, Up, & Down
Steps
- Gently close your eyes & enter your Portal.
- While you are in the portal, bring you awareness to your heart center. Spend as much time needed here to feel the expansiveness of the heart center, and stabilizing your awareness at this center.
- When ready, move your awareness to the most FORWARD point from your center point. Feel into where the field meets the air in this forward position and the subtle indentation your mind is making when searching for this point.
- Spend some time there until the point remains as a fixed position, in a memorable area.
- After this point has been established, consciously lock in this FORWARD position.
- Move back to the center point, keeping the FOWARD and CENTER points locked and in the background of your awareness
- When ready, move your awareness to the most BACKWARD point from your center point. Feel into where the field meets the air in this forward position and the subtle indentation your mind is making when searching for this point.
- Spend some time there until the point remains as a fixed position, in a memorable area.
- After this point has been established, consciously lock in this BACKWARD position.
- Move back to the center point, keeping the BACKWARD, FORWARD & CENTER points locked and in the background of your awareness.

- Spend some time there until the point remains as a fixed position, in a memorable area.
- After this point has been established, consciously lock in this LEFT position.
- Move back to the center point, keeping the LEFT, BACKWARD, FORWARD & CENTER points locked and in the background of your awareness.
- When ready, move your awareness to the most RIGHT point from your center point. Feel into where the field meets the air in this forward position and the subtle indentation your mind is making when searching for this point.
- Spend some time there until the point remains as a fixed position, in a memorable area.

Add "Library Page" and "View Scene" Pop Out
VIEW TASK >
When going to the Library we have noticed a few issues related to the speed the page loads. This feature will allow for the speed of the page to render much faster, and will also allow the user to opt into whether they want to interact with the 3D scene for each article or not.
Most Library articles will contain a 3D interactive scene, and some will only contain a main picture. This features allows for both, and with the help of the view button, this added layer to the interactivity of the information is the next step towards making our information more dynamic!

Add Navbar 3D Scene with The Blocks Assembled
VIEW TASK >
This is the main navigation center of the website. Each section of the site is compartmentalized into these windows which are components into the "world" of that section.
Building this will be a continuously iterative and growing experience and our expectation is that this tool will be the central hub that contains all "views" of our community and site states. It is the launch point for site/app exploration.

- Start by developing a concept or story for your animation. This will help you create a narrative and choose the visual elements that will make up your animation.
- Create a storyboard to map out the visual sequence of your animation. This can be a simple sketch or a more detailed representation of each shot in your animation.
- Create a 3D model of the objects, characters, and settings that will be included in your animation. You can use 3D modeling software to create these models.
- Add textures, colors, and lighting to your 3D models to create a realistic appearance. You can use 3D painting and rendering software to add these elements.
- Add animations to your 3D models to create movement and motion. This can include facial expressions, body movements, and environmental changes.
- Create a virtual camera and use it to plan out shots and angles for your animation. This will allow you to control the perspective and movement of the camera in each scene.
- Add sound effects, music, and dialogue to your animation. You can use audio editing software to add these elements.
- Use video editing software to compile and edit your 3D animation footage. This will allow you to sequence shots, adjust timing, and add special effects.
- Test your animation to make sure it plays smoothly and meets your expectations. Make any necessary tweaks to the timing, camera angles, or sound effects.
- Export your final animation file in the desired format, such as MP4 or MOV. You can then share it online or use it for a variety of purposes, such as marketing or entertainment.
Add "Library" Feed
VIEW TASK >
The Library Feed is a tool that updates with every action and every section of the site. It will have preset templates and windows to display the new changes happening site wide. Think Instagram, but for all content, even the smaller details. Our expectation is that this feed will serve as the hub to understand the "brain" of the community, what we're thinking about, and the general tone of what we're building in the moment.
It will be designed so that you check back every once and a while, and something is always new - with a direct link to go to the change, or page where the addition has happened. Whether that update is a new article, a new "quote", or phrase added to our "Library", or our latest social media post, or even a favorite community message that one of our members have left in our discord that made us think. The life our of our community will be represented on our Feed.
